Trust me on this, my wife made this receipe from this cook book and it was da bomb. She's made it several times since in the last few weeks. I love this recipe and by far the best pork chops i've eaten. The jalapeno, cilantro & lime set this off!

Super easy... braise the pork chops. Brown both sides in a frypan, then add tomato sauce and a bit of sage, cover tightly and let the pork chops cook in the same pan. Plate and spoon the thickened tomato sauce over the chops. The chops stay super moist.
Just made park chops coated with Parmesan cheese, then egg beaters, and bread crumbs. Seasoned with salt, pepper, basil, rosemary, and oregano. Cooked on stove with pan with a little olive oil. 6 minutes a side. Yum.
