image hasn't been doctored by me. it's part of a collection over at the website displayed in the pic. don't have anything better to do so i thought i'd share. (thanks nina)
The website written on that pic, http://www.engrish.com, has a nice collection of those types of pics as well.
What the hell is www.engrish.com anyway? Is that supposed to be making fun of Asian people sometime having trouble pronouncing the letter L properly?
www.taxactonline.com is much easier to use than Turbotax and is alot cheaper ($9.95). The good thing about this site is the freindly user interface. It takes about an hour, but the site just asks you questions and inserts numbers on the proper forms based on your answer.
Well, I don't give a crap. I was just wondering for clarification. I'm not Asian though. You'd have to ask an Asian person if they feel that is offensive, if that's what you meant about that being a problem.
I was directed to that site by a korean buddy of mine and I thought it was pretty funny. Not thwe making fun of part but the grotesque misuse of the engri-er-english language. The ads and stuff were amazingly hysterical.
edit - the shizzolator is at http//asksnoop.com if the link doesn't work and the www.engrish.com is actually not that funny with it. Sorry for the lame attempt.
This site is hilarious. If youve ever traveled to Asia, they'll use random English words on merchandise for no apparent reason. Im sure nobody designing the merchandise or those who buy the product have any clue what the words mean. Also, if youve ever heard any Asian pop songs, they'll throw in English words in the chorus that does not flow with the rest of the song. blah blah blah bla blah....my baby oh baby....blah blah blah blah...
