I dont get the point of your poll. Its silly to me. Id rather just WIN PERIOD!! Who cares how we get there or how Yao does. Why does Yao have to be the focus of all of our wins and losses? Geesh.
i didn't even vote and i made this poll. But i just posted this question since so many people keep on asking this pointless question and seem to think there are lot of fans who could care less if the rockets win as long as yao plays well.
None of the above. I don't care what Yao's stats are we get a W. It's nice to see Rockets players doing well, but the result is all that counts.
You forgot 3 other options: a) Win and Francis has 0 points b) Win and Francis has triple double c) Lose and Francis has triple double The point is that this is a team game . I love Yao but he can't do it all by himself. I am beginning to wonder if other people around here will ever realize that.
I dont get it ...why did you make a poll out of a question you feel is pointless to begin with? Also, im sure there are hundres of members on here who indeed could care less if the Rockets win as long as Yao does well. If so, I dont feel they deserve a poll through which to make themselves be heard.
I think it is stupid when people just want the Rockets to pass the ball to Yao everytime. If we did that the Rockets would still be looking for there first win of the season. I don't care if Yao scores 2, 10, or 20, I just like the Rockets to win. If Yao scores 20 points and we win great, but if he scores 5 points and we win then thats ok too. I'm a Rocket fan, not just a Yao fan.
If he does remove those options, I will wote "WIN AND YAO SCORE 0 POINT.". I became a ROX fan because of YAO. But I am a deadly sport fan. I just don't think that (LOSE AND YAO GETS DD) should be the attitude that you appreciate any sports. Even YAO doesn't like that. If you are a true YAO fan, stop giving him less pressure, start giving him pressure. To be the man, he needs the pressure. BTW, don't tell me the Chinese proverb " dog eat xxxx" stuff. I am a Chinese , I also can tell you other Chinese proverb "God will give the guy difficulties and pressure, if he wants him to be the man." Not a perfect translation, but hope you guys still remember it.
One of the options shouldnt be there: Lose and Yao has double double should be taken off the list because obviously a win with Yao's double double would be the better choice.
knowing your purpose, i think you should remake the poll. ------------------------------- would you rather "Yao get a triple-double, in a game where the Rockets lose" or "Yao scores 0 points, in a game where the Rockets win" ------------------------------- agree?

this Poll does not make sense whatsoever! From what we've seen in these 20 games this year. Wether you like it or not, Yao Ming is the reason why this team is 12-9 this year. Yao Ming contributes not only on the offensive side of the game. He changes and brings other elements into the game. I order for the ROCKS to win. Young Ming must do more and score more than 0 points. So this Poll BLOWS!
