    To his credit, he did admit to it and apologized, but I still find it interesting that there are no repercussions involved whatsoever at this time.

    From what i know about Franco, he hardly even has time to sleep, so i can't fault him for trying to pick up someone quickly for quick sex, but the age thing, he's got to have better judgment. I think he does though and it's probably a hoax.

    I think so, too. It seems too scripted.
    - Apparently happens in a state where 17 (not 18) is legal.
    - Gets leaked before anything actually happens (before they actually do meet, for example).
    - Then he "owns up" to it so quickly.
    - And of course lines up perfectly with the subject matter of his movie.
