Women are 50+% of the population. Hispanics are about 20% Black/African Americans are about 14% Yet The LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY appears to have far more political and social power than all of them. The number of LGBTQ+ People in America is generally ambiguous. Why is that? #MarketingAndAdvertisement They have been excellent at winning allies And getting their message out. Won some Major battles. Chief among minority groups. Infiltration helps as well Rocket River
You wrote of the political power LGBTQ+ had. I posted an article discussing all of the "anti" laws passed this year. NOWHERE did I write how blacks haven't also been hosed and continue to be hosed. How is it push back to point out that LGBTQ+ groups don't have all the political clout you claim they do? You're arguing with the wrong person if you think I think that blacks have it better than [insert group name here].
I would have to basically say this is with certain politicians looking for an edge or a connection with certain groups to win... Not that they care for them or their cause at all... Some do it with sexuality Some do it with race Some do it with hate T_Man
Not my point to say LGBTQ+ are lesser or not receiving The point is POWER CONCEDES NOTHING WITH OUT DEMAND and POWER PUSHES BACK AGAINST POWER THAT IS DEMANDING Black People had/has a level of power. We have been pushing for this that and the other The REACTION to it is the Voter Disenfranchisement LGBTQ+ have made some extraordinary gains in a very short time What you posted is the expected "backlash" against it . .. honestly it is actually a show of respect toward their power that the power structure is taking the time to work against them There is not laws against Little People. . .because they don't have the political power to demand a response.
