    Happy New Year Y'All!

What's a polite way to ask someone if they're patronizing you?

    Thanks,

I got one. Stare them right in the face and say:

    "b**** better not be patronizing."

Then walk away. Works every time.

Ask them what university they went to, what they majored in, and what grades they received.

Why don't you just tell us what this person said and we'll tell you if it's patronizing.

da_juice, didn't your mom ever teach you how to ask questions? A proper way would be to consider the other person's feelings. Gauge and assess the situation. And most of all not be rude about it. Manners and etiquette, my friend.

You should thank me for these words of wisdom. It doesn't come cheap!

I don't even know if there's a polite way to think that. Your dumb and/or insecure ass might need some placating and/or further explanation at some point down the road, no need to deter it for the sake of your momentary sense of self-actualization.

Separately, when they enter whatever business it is you own, ask them if they plan on buying something or are just there to use the bathroom.

    Bottle it up inside.

Then cry at night before you sleep.
