The Rockets are already giving up a whole lot for Tmac, the deal is almost even, but I think Orlando is getting the better of it.

If you throw in Nachbar, who has just begun to blossom, then the deal gets even worse.

Yes, I know it is Tmac, and I am all for that....

But...Nachbar is the type of slashing, hustling, solid role type player that is a perfect 6th man, someone to change the tempo....and he is Yao's best friend.

I hope Boki is not part of the deal.

Agreed, but he is in no stretch a deal breaker! ;) It would be great if he wasnt included...but if so, then so be it. We will find another Nachbar down the road. There are plenty of future drafts and MLEs down the road. As they say, you have to give to get....I will gladly take T-Mac thank you very much! ;)

I agree. I would prefer that he not be part of the deal.

However i dont want it to be a deal killer. He isnt Rodrick Rhodes after all.

    Get a grip.

He has done nothing, and shown little.

He has a cute nickname seems like a nice guy, but this ain't the bachelor.

    Sayonara boki.

He's not a deal breaker, but I hope the Rockets can keep him.

If he is so useless, why does Magic want him. Geez, Rockets need to grow some balls and just say no, I doubt he is deal breaker for either side.

In the end, its up to JVG and CD... and JVG was STILL not sold on Nachbar until the VERY END of the regular season.

In his interview on 610 last week (before the T-Mac stuff started to become real), you could sense the hesitation in his voice that we all may be expecting too much from Boki just because he actually did something positive, for once, in the playoffs.

He said he still had a long way to go, improved his defense, but still couldn't hit normal open jump shots in his games overseas.

He's not a deal-breaker... a good player, a good guy, but this was a make-or-break year for him anyways... we don't need to hang on to him, only to have him take the "break" in that scenario.

why is this being brought up? Am I missing something? I haven't heard anything about Nachbar being involved. Right now as it is. Francis, Mobley, Cato seems bad enough, now if we add Nachbar it would suck even more, I personally think Nachbar will become a great player this coming season.

We can find a scrub white player elsewhere. This is getting as annoying as people calling 610 saying the Astros need a black player on the team.

    Boki is not very good.

why not give Magic Pike and keep Boki? We don't need Ollie. Lue can play back up pg. We use the MLE to sign a starting pg, such as Barry.

Doc Rocket just said in his post that his guy told him Boki was NOT part of the deal.

Let's hope it stays that way.

Exactly, because I thought Boki was about to have a good year next year.

This was reported by David Aldridge. So you have to question the source. Besides, it makes no sense. We are already sending out $26 million in salaries, and Orlando would have to throw in more than just McGrady and Howard to get within 15%. Why would we be throwing in even more salary? The deal reported by Aldridge doesn't add up.
