No, No. Not going to claim I know more than an NBA coach. Its just killing me watching Penny Hardaway and the Suns run the same play over and over and over. Did I say over and over. I just want to see Rudy come up with a different way to defend the Pick and roll. I watched the Jazz kill us two straight playoffs due to poor defense of the pick and roll. Its time to finally change the strategy.
Other teams have had problems defending the Utah pick-and-roll over the years. How much of that is lack of coaching and what can be attributed to players not stepping up and fighting through the pick better? Mango
Actually as I spoke, Rudy changed the defense of the pick. Having the defenders switch. The play was much less effective from that point. Ask and you shall recieve. Looks as though its too late though

It's not like you have a lot of option's .You fight through or over a pick or else you switch. It's not Rudy's fault.These guy's just are not putting forth the effort.I've seen 8 year old girls defence the pick better.

Penny and Rodgers in together...ugh. Talk about mismatches. Mobes had to take Penny in the 4th, cause our man Shandon had to take the larger Rodgers. Still, the refs....i swear....it was the refs!!
