I experienced something similar to this. Was the PS3 you bought the last one in stock? or the demo version they had up? Whatever the reason, I hope you ahve your receipt. Return your PS3, and ask that they give you another one. And as you do so, complain about the fact that the PS3 didn't work so that you can sneak off a free game or a free controller from the place you bought your PS3. I remember being so pissed off when my PS3 didn't work when i first bought it in October. Went back to the store and well, was angry, but no outcome Just a new PS3 with no freebies. Best of luck.
I don't want to finance it when I can just save up and buy it in 2 months. I don't want any fresh accounts or hard inquiries on my credit report, I hope to buy a house soon as well. Not sure how big my living room is but if I had to guess I would say 25x20.

does anyone play COD4 with the FragFX? I'm used to playing first person shooters on the PC with a keyboard and mouse but for the life of me I cannot aim with the right analog stick. Does the FragFX help any of y'all that use it?

I know but luckily my friend has HD and I am free to watch the games over at his place anytime. I am really more into football than basketball so I should have my HD in time for that. In the meantime, I can just watch the NBA games at my pal's house. What do you mean here? LOL! You're probably right, I mean I got this Emerson several years ago when all the HD technology really started kicking off and was really still expensive. yep, oh, im sure you have a bluetooth headset laying around somewhere. Your ps3 allows you to use any bluetooth headset for online play, etc. if not, just buy a cheap 20 buck jabra bt2040 from walmart or target that's a great accessory for games such as cod4.
