Maybe, but they really left a lasting impression with me. Portland was just the opposite. The flower gardens downtown were spectacular and everyone was pretty chilled. If you are visiting Houston it would depend what part of the city you were in. Some parts you would encounter friendly people, but other places you could encounter danger. Cities are big and diverse.

It's only one season so it may be a coincidence of baseball randomness, but 2 teams with byes have already been eliminated(without even making a game 5), the Yankees could be sent home today, and we looked pretty damn bad for most of our 3 games. Every individual player is different, but the extended break the top seeds took looks like it could have been a major hindrance this season. The scheduling was a complete joke.
