    1st round:

    Sixers over Pacers in 4.

Raptors over Knicks in 5 (despite the refs' best efforts to keep Knicks on TV)

    Heat over Hornets in 4.

    Bucks over Magic in 4.

    Spurs over Wolves in 4.

Mavericks over Jazz in 5 (despite Jazz's best tricks and refs sucking up to Flopton and Malone)

    Fakers over Jailblazers in 5.

    Kings over Suns in 4.

    2ND ROUND:

    Sixers over Raptors in 6.

Bucks over Heat in 7 (color me crazy; one of the Heat's injuries will catch up to this team).

    Spurs over Mavs in 5.

    Fakers over Kings in 7.

    CONFERENCE FINALS:

    Spurs over Fakers in 7.

    Sixers over Bucks in 6.

NBA FINALS: Spurs over Sixers in 7.

I'm a little late since a few games have already been played, but here they are:

    Round 1-

    Spurs over Pups in 4.
Jazz [IMG] over Mavs in 5.
    Lakers over Blazers in 5.
    Kings over Pheonix in 3.

    Pacers over Sixers in 5.
    Knicks over Raptors in 4.
    Heat over Hornets in 3.
    Bucks over Magic in 5.

    Round 2-
    Spurs over Jazz in 5.
    Lakers over Kings in 7.

    Pacers over Knicks in 6.
    Heat over Bucks in 5.

    Conference Finals-
    Spurs over Lakers in 7.
    Pacers over Heat in 6.

    Finals-
    Spurs over Pacers in 6.

BTW, I have been predicting the Pacers winning the 1st round(and the East) for a while, just so nobody thinks I'm changing my mind with the win today...it has got me feeling a lot better about my prediction. Check out the last post in this thread:

    The Cat,

Actually, I am not following your lead of picking the Pacers. I've been saying they'd win the first round and get to the finals for about 2 weeks now...as I stated in my last post. Once again, check out the link-

Read the last post in the thread above and you will see that I am not all of a sudden changing my mind.

Just wanted to clear that up. [IMG]

    Diehard,

I see that. Sorry for not remembering that... just seemed funny how everyone besides me picked the Sixers before it started, and after everyone is picking the Pacers, that's all I meant.

I have the 76ers winning in 5 games and I'm sticking to that. I don't think people are choosing Indiana in 5 because of your pick Cat, I think people are picking the Pacers because they have had the 76ers number in past seasons, and Reggie Miller is a clutch performer. That's why I picked the 76ers in 5 because Indiana could very easily win this series. And that Lakers/Blazers series is still going to 5 despite that 4th quarter debacle by the masters of choking, the Portland Trailblazers.

I know they aren't-- never said that. All I said was that people who feel the series was close definitely lean to Indiana now that they won game 1 (all the people who picked Indy predicted after the first game besides myself). Just kidding around though, all in good fun. [IMG]

I like how everyone is following my lead of picking the Pacers over the Sixers after Indy won game 1... [IMG] I was the only person to call it before the series. [IMG]

And another pick-- I said Lakers over Blazers in 5, but only cause game 5 is at Staples. Mark my words, Portland will be up for this series. They will find a way to compete, win some games, and probably give the Lakers everything they can handle. I wouldn't be surprised if the Blazers even won the series, but cause they don't have homecourt I'll give the Lakers the nod right now.

    DC,

A few weeks ago didn't you say the Spurs would be out in the first round? What don't you like about them? This team will dominate all the way to another championship, just like '99.

Thanks to Miami, it looks like my bracket is screwed. I guess I'll take a 2nd crack at the East, Milwaukee over Charlotte in 7, Knicks over Milwaukee in 6, Spurs over Knicks in 6.

Yup, but I'm not the only one!

No one could have predicted that debacle...

HAHA! [IMG] I can't believe Miami got beat like that. Unbelievable! It'll be tainted, but I hope my 2nd guess is corrected. I'm glad this wasn't a NCAA Tournament-like bracket! [IMG]

Nice I picked the Charlotte upset! Now as long as noone else screws up a 2-1 lead I'll make it intact thru round 1.

Sorry had to brad a little! [IMG]
