Novak & Head Both have had the minutes under both recent coaching staffs.How long do we want to wait on them to blossom,something has to give, give someone else the minutes.Greene for Novak and Harris for Head.
novak hasn't nearly got the minutes that head got. i think the rockets should trade novak, luther head, luis scola and a first round draft pick to the bulls for ben gordan and thire first round pick.
I don't think they will be cuted, more likely to be gone via trade. Steve Novak, Luther Head, Chuck Hayes, Joey Dorsey, Mike Harris, Steve Francis, Donte Green. Do you realize the mass of players that are fighting for one or two roster spots?
I don't think they should cut Novak or Head. They could maybe trade one (or both in a package) and try to get something in return like picks, TE, etc.
scola is way overrated and is not like his a young player. he is what we saw last year maybe little improvement
Overated? He is a solid PF with a cheap contract. I see no reason why he should be moved unless the right trade comes up. I dunno if Ben Gordon would be the right answer. Hes to undersized to defend most SGs and is very streaky.
WHAT? The guy went against Carlos Boozer and averaged 14 and 9 in the playoffs, the team took off when he was inserted into the starting lineup. Scola is a VERY GOOD complimentarty piece to the Yao and Tmac led team. Just because he can't jump out of the gym does not mean he can't play....and he might even become the leader out there.....he certainly has the passion. DD
Scola is very good player and is the reigning MVP in FIBA tournament. I hope to see him as an all-star one day. His pal, Manu did play once in the all-star and Scola would not be far to achieve that.
Hes dominating FIBA and he won MVP in the worlds tourney last year... It was his rookie season and he arguably was the most important role-playing rookie in t he league last season. The guy remained humble, and he gave 110% effort and he didn't complain when he didnt get playing time early in the season. Tell me what the **** is overrated then
I couldn't agree more. Being new in the NBA and helped the team win in any way possible, I think he is a perfect complimentary player to TMac and Yao. 22 wins in row after Scola inserted to the starting rotation? I don't think that's overrated...
