I think we sometimes forget that to understand ones sense of humor is to first understand the individual. I'm sure Charlie Manson is funny in his own way, but I'm not sure that I would get it.
Drinking with HP and Smeg was fun I think. Memory's a bit fuzzy. Anyway, I've done that so I guess the dimsies are next on my list. Them or FranchiseBlade (or CBFC or MacB). As for those of you who wanna drink with me, be careful what you wish for. Once I start I do not stop. Ask HP and Smeg. I'd like to dine with the Jeffs I think. I do so hate the non-smoking section, but I'd make an exception for them. We've really pissed each other off but they're very reasonable guys and I appreciate the way they forgive past aggressions even if they don't forget them. If he was joking...well, I still don't get it.

Ok...I still don't get the joke...maybe it's me. I wasn't taking myself seriously, I was actually a little upset. ANd you singled me out in that I knew of no previous conflict with you and I, but assumed there must be one with you and HP, to rationalize the cut there. If I just missed your 'humour', I apologize, but I really don't get it. I can see how the HP comment might be construed as you making fun of the image people have of you as conceited, but I can't see how the shot at me ties into that. If you were serious, I repeat my original statement.
