Wow, really mild results. Pretty accurate I guess, except the whole "leadership role" thing. The famous personlities link isn't working for some reason.
ENFJ I think this is pretty spot on, I have taken tests like this before and usually score in this range. I am what I am.

ENTJ - Field Marshall Hardly more than two percent of the total population, Fieldmarshals are bound to lead others, and from an early age they can be observed taking command of groups. In some cases, they simply find themselves in charge of groups, and are mystified as to how this happened. But the reason is that they have a strong natural urge to give structure and direction wherever they are - to harness people in the field and to direct them to achieve distant goals. They resemble Supervisors in their tendency to establish plans for a task, enterprise, or organization, but Fieldmarshals search more for policy and goals than for regulations and procedures.
I don't think 73 or so questions can accurately capture the persona of a free spirit such as myself. I am an intuitive person who places emphasis on perception, that much is true. But other than that, I'm a living work of art. Constantly changing, constantly evolving, constantly adapting. I think these tests are better for people who have a set routine, a set way of doing things, and haven't changed or evolved over the years.
INTJ Independent, original, analytical, and determined. Have an exceptional ability to turn theories into solid plans of action. Highly value knowledge, competence, and structure. Driven to derive meaning from their visions. Long-range thinkers. Have very high standards for their performance, and the performance of others. Natural leaders, but will follow if they trust existing leaders. Very accurate.

I took the test twice just to see if wavering on a few of these as I did would manifest in vastly different results from different perspectives. On one hand, I can't lend much to this until the tests are real situations or dilemmas in which the choices we make are accurately defining. On the other, it was kind of interesting to see the results and where they may or may not apply to me and my self image. I took the test twice just to see if I'd get the same thing. I didn't, INFJ and INTJ, but both were believable to an extent, especially if you go into the detailed descriptions. I'm guessing the science of this, much like a tarot reader, is that all the answers have enough in them that everyone can relate on some level. That said, it was pretty interesting, and I do think it was somewhat accurate. Twice.
