As a sometime academic, an always patriot and a great admirer of the teachings of Christ I mostly hate: 1. Religious hypocrites, 2. dummies and 3. dummies who get to be president because their dad was a big shot (and also because most Americans are dummies...) So today I guess I mostly hate li'l George W. But on all the same counts, I also hate Bush, Sr. On similar counts I hate all other religious hypocrites, most of whom are other Republicans. But I also hate Scottie Pippen and the Jazz.
I don't hate anyone or anything. Certain people in life irk me, they task me - but hate? Hate is a dangerous thing, the only thing hate does, in my experience, is warp, and twist and destroy what is good. Hate serves no purpose that I have seen, and it only serves to distort what is good into something bad, and leave only tears in its wake. *steps off his soapbox* PS - If you have a disagreement with someone, there are better ways to handle it than this. Just a thought for the future. PPS - Also, make sure you spell their name right.
Okay, I guess this thread isn't the best way to solve our differences. I didn't expect an adult response from someone who was acting like a 9 year old in the chat. Why didn't you give me any kind of explanation for kicking me out? If you would have politely asked me not to speak in the main room I would have happily complied. Instead, you use your administrative Internet powers and banned me from your little club house. I do agree with you that hate causes all the suffering in the world, and it's something that I have to work on. I don't hate you, I bet you're a cool dude in real life, but I dislike the way you handled things. A LOT.
i STRONGLY DISLIKE people who do rude and unnecessary things because they dont like certain people and then act like they're a freakin saint.
I have no problem with you talking - its the carrying on of a private, non-sensical conversation with other people that floods the chatroom and makes other conversation difficult, if not impossible that bothered me. If you wish to have such a private conversation, it is entirely possible to join a new chatroom, or conduct it over private messaging, things that I have asked be done in the past, but were not done.
