Paypal or Western Union

    Just curious what people think is the best way to send money, seems like everyone uses paypal and i just wonder why.

    if ur sending it to a family member or a frnd...western union is fine..

    If ur tryin to send money to a seller (someone u don't know) then do NOT use Western Union as WU has no buyer protection policy or anything

    paypal is great for sending..

    but receiving sucks for me cause paypal steals 2.9% (plus 30 cents)

    Isn't the paypal fee if you just use a credit card to send? I thought it was lower rate for sending from your bank account directly.

    Actually wire transfer is best. If you use Washington Mutual, they now offer free wire transfers for all personal accounts. It used to be $20.
