    I love this analogy. :)

Patrick is coming up to practice with the big team while the little team has a break. The Rockets actually have some practice time right now, which they didn't have in the past few weeks.

I guarantee its Ish Smith... Rick, for whatever reason thinks JT has more of an impact on the team than Ish Smith does.

its time to give this guy playing time already. You guys hate Budinger? Fine. Time to put in Patrick Patterson since you are saying Budinger gives us nothing. At SF Pat gives you the same defense but more rebounds, same scoring, and more size. There shouldnt be any arguments against it by the outcry of how bad Budinger is. Make it happen Adelman.

Actually with Brooks probably a week or so from being back, and Ishmael proving not to be the best defensive point, they are probably just sticking with playing with Lee and Lowry. Smith shows promise but a tour down with the Vipers might help, since he is a undrafted rookie.

Patrick is coming back to practice with the big team so they can reaffirm their feeling that he is better than Hill and can give Scola a run for his money, so they can go ahead and move Hill in a trade and be comfortable that Patterson can give them more than what they lose with Hill.

I'd almost rather deal Scola, but not because I think Hill will be better. Scola's old and locked into a 5 year deal.. we don't look like we're anywhere close to competing for a championship. I'd like to get his contract off our books to help jump start our rebuilding.

I'd be willing to deal Scola along with Brooks if it allowed us to add Melo and another player like Cousins.

it's clear Ish is the one to go down if they need a spot to bring up PP....Ish is hardly playing and lee took his back up spot. Brooks should be back within a week anyway, he's already running full speed and should be back to practice at the start of next week.

Didn't see anyone mention PP's stats from 12/11:

    38 minutes

    23pt 14reb 2assist 3blk 1 steal

    9-13FG 5-8FT

    2TO 4fl

His rebounding should transition to the NBA level and he could really help us on the glass.

Also, Hassan Whiteside had 12&7 with 8 blocks.

Any team that has Rubio and Kanter will be VERY good eventually if they pan out how the should.
