Just some FWIW since I didn't see anything posted about it before, it sounds like Cleveland plans on faxing Parsons an offer tonight, which might not sound like much, however it forces Houstons hand to either re-sign Parsons OR wait and see with Lebron and Carmelo, Houston cant afford to add Parsons and one of the other 2, and it doesn't seem like Carmelo will choose where he wants to play within 10 days.
