I made a point about this in the discount thread for the Nuggets game Wednesday. I save the tickets to all the Rockets games I go to, and I'd like to continue that this season. Why is Flash Seats the only option to order tickets from the Rockets website (for any game)? I got my tickets for last night's game from StubHub and received paper tickets, and noticed most of the other fans had paper tickets as well, but Roll Call Pick Up and Mail Delivery aren't listed to me as options on the Rockets website. What gives?
I use flashseats, and I keep all of my stubs. They give you a glossy paper ticket when using flashseats. The reason they use it is because it's more convenient, and it's free. You don't have to worry about losing your tickets or forgetting them at home. As long as you have your wallet, you're good.
I saw the little stubs they print out, and they're nowhere near the quality of the original tickets. If everyone else at the game was using FlashSeats as well I guess I would put up with it but the majority of people I saw had paper tickets and I'd like to know where they got them.
Bumping this thread because of the increased traffic to the site we've had, figured maybe somebody knows something I don't. Really want to go to the game tonight utilizing Clutch's ticket discount, but I would extremely prefer paper tickets. It's too late to ship them, but normally I would be able to pick them up at the box office. What's the deal?
They don't do will call that often anymore. Espessialy discounted tickets. If you want "paper tickets" you have to either call the box office and order will call by phone or get to the box office and order there.
Repped. I guess I can put up with Flash Seats for the discounted games, but this way I won't have to deal with jacked prices on StubHub when I want paper tickets to other games. Thanks!
Their website says that you just have to swipe your credit card, so I don't think you NEED photo ID. It'd be smart to keep it on hand though.
