I played thru a session of FA on OOTP4. I updated the site and you can see examples of the messages I got on the Colorado page. Damn Phil Nevin waits til day 26 to sign and I had the best offer until that day. AZ comes in witha late bid and he signs with them before i can counter. Some players would not even talk to me "I want to play for a winner not Colorado". The FA period lasts for 30 days and you make offers. The players will tell you who has the best offer and why, i.e. more money more years etc. I also have the rookie file up to date.
