Doubt that article is true. The article states the GSW/Amare deal will go down, which currently is dead, and they said Memphis turned down 5 + 6 to move up to 2. No way they turn down the 5 + 6 picks
I asked this in another thread, but I wonder just how bad Foster and Dunleavy's contracts are in the Pacers minds. Obviously Tinsley's is terrible, so if we took him along with Foster and/or Dunleavy maybe we could convince Indiana to part with Granger? Teams are doing some crazy things to save money these days...
Twolves declined Brooks and Battier for Rubio!? Morey must really see something special in Rubio if he's willing to give up those two. If I was running the Twolves, those two would be enticing but Brooks wouldn't fit alongside Flynn and Battier's prominent value is on a winning team and not a team in the rebuilding phase.
we would all love granger, i'm sure. but i'd be satisfied with troy murphy. a PF who can shoot the 3 and rebound. just what we need next to yao (not like scola isn't good enough). he's a good compliment. if only yao could stay healthy
i agree, it was my mistake, i misread your original post and though you meant after as well...but only about a top 3 pick, i still think you're wrong about a #8 though. In some drafts he would be, he was a #6 afterall..
