Just to mix it up I'm listening to Brown and Ashby tonight.

    Sometimes there's a man.

Really wish Springer would tone down his swing a bit, especially with two strikes.

No homer in the first inning? We got this game won already.

You will enjoy Brownies Craig Biggio 3000th hit enthusiasm on fly ball outs. I think Ashby has him just looking for sort of release.

I hate his approach at the plate. This is why I wonder what the hitting coach is doing to help some of these hitters or are the hitters just stubborn, not listening and not trying to improve their approach. I believe Springer will always be streaky but he should be a better hitter than he is.

Just why does Tucker have to play the field and George DH? They did the same on Sunday.

    George more banged up?

The DH rule regarding the pitcher batting after the hitter starts fielding doesn't make sense.

Fielders can switch positions all they want, but not a DH  It's not like his place in the batting order would change.

    Silly, unnecessary rule

Only by results... not by the range of its break

Why Bregman steal grounders from Correa? Bregman hate Correa. :(

You do realize the DH was put in as a gimmick to increase popularity of the new AL...

It was never meant to stick. Now it is likely to end up in the NL eventually. That being said, there needs to be limits.

Yeah, his last start against the Angels convinced me of how hard it is to hit. You could tell they were sitting on it and still couldn't hit it and that included Trout.

Bregman has a very solid approach at the plate...he's going to be a great pro.

    Gomez up...Double play or HR?

Good idea by Tanaka to walk them to get to Gomez.
