Yeah, there aren’t many injuries I’d worry about being career threatening for a 24 year old stud. This is pretty much nightmare fuel- a bad back.

He lives on that highish fastball though. Looks just like the curve, but **** don't curve.

****, I hope it's not lower back stuff again....massage not gonna fix it, as much as he'd like it to.

Jesus man, his back is what had him hitting like Adam Everett in the playoffs last year.

Also, 3-4-5 coming up for Osuna.....ruh roh.

Lower back “discomfort”.... I was very curious why he did not have surgery last year. He obviously could not play well with it last year... I’m not buying that the rib isn’t tangentially related and now it is back again. Swinging a baseball bat puts a lot of pressure on his spine.

Hi Nook, welcome to the “that guy club”....there’s a full house right now but a seat should come open for you at some point....maybe?

    Osuna clean inning: NO

    No BS, though.

Golf swing and baseball swing, as different as they are they are closely related when it come to back issues, torque on the back, spine angle, nagging never ending discomfort.

You're about the 399th person to bring this up. As soon as Diaz comes back and Mayfield goes down and there's room on the roster, bring up Tucker and see what he can do. At this point, why not?

I love Josh, and he'll stay on the roster, but a bit of time on the bench isn't the worst thing.

Maybe it's nothing serious though? Just took him out for precautionary measures?

    Right?

He's too young for back surgery.

    Osuna is a tough guy.

He wants the ball in the pressure situations.

He isn’t dominant like Wagner or Lidge but he is really solid.

Nice win. Relievers bent but didn’t break.
