Man, Kaz has been a tremendous bust. The guy is just useless. All I think of is his anal fissure when he's at the plate, lmao.

Would we really be any worse off with Maysonet starting everyday? I don't see how.

Probably not. I'd rather see young guys that are useless than old guys that are useless though. Kaz just irritates the hell out of me when he gets up to the plate with his samurai batting and anal tears.

    Quick question about tomorrow's games:

So are the Nats going to wear their road jerseys while they are the home team? Or switch uniforms during the 20-minute break? This whole thing just seems odd to me, but hey, sometimes weather can cause you to play in perplexing circumstances (see: Zambrano No-Hitter, 9/14/08).

Not sure about the uniforms, but I imagine they will do something to avoid having to change between games.

The whole situation doesn't seem that odd to me. We don't play in D.C. again this season so it's not worth it for either team to go through the scheduling hassle, esp. since the Nationals are already way out of postseason contention.

Last season was a lot more frustrating for the Astros and their fans because we were still in the mix with only a handful of games remaining.

Too bad the Stros don't employ the DH, maybe Scott could have helped them.

    Fair enough.

It's also too bad the Stros don't employ the DH because Lee would be perfect in that role. :D

Is Luke Scott a worse LF than Carlos Lee?

He was never able to stay healthy while being an everyday player.
