well. Another score for the Pitts. This team is pretty frustrating. Glad we were able to beat the damn cubbies though. Ugh. Bring on Football. Come on Stros!
especially at home........ on a side note......i'm not sure where to post this. i have an old and very good friend in the tampa bay bucs org. nobody too big, but he just txt me and said brett farve is going to end up there.
wow..i thought he made some comment he didn't wanna play in warm weather. kinda suprised they'd send him to another nfc team.
it's already on espn? lol. dam, i thought i had an inside source. thats the last time i leak info from a field crew member. lol.
Probably won't happen. They've seen him fail as a starter and succeed as a reliever. They've found his niche and don't want to mess with that. That's why they decided to bring up Hernandez and Cassel for starts instead of giving one to Sampson.
I considered that. I have a feeling they may do it anyways with the other guys sucking. If Moehler continues struggling...
that was probably before he realized how big of a douchebag hes been. favre is the roger clemens of football minus roids. glory hog, egotistical, lying douchebag who should have quit several years ago. i'm glad green bay put the foot down and said enough......just like the stros did to clemens.
not me. i feel sorry for TB fans if he ends up there. the media circus that will follow him will surely distract from the actual season, and he'll do what he always does.........throw a ton of INT's overshadowed by a ton of TD's and ride a pretty good defense to the 2nd round of the playoffs and leave fans craving....'just one more year brett' and then he'll toy with em, and eventually cave to his enormus ego.......... yeah, the texans already have a guy who throws as many INTS as TD's. maybe not as durable as favre....
plus he is getting alot of long relief opportunities lately, so he is dam near a starter anyway. lol.
I love hearing Astros fans complain about losing. Right now the rumor floating around Pittsburgh is the Yankees are trying to get both Bay and Nady. Yeah, Jason Bay, the guy nobody knows about outside of Pittsburgh that's putting up numbers as good as A-Rod's and Xavier Nady, a guy that's only hitting .330 and on pace for 100+ RBI's. Baseball makes me sick sometimes.
