Just by putting in Obie, our rotation looks a lot prettier IMO.

Aside from Ubaldo, their rotation has a lot of guys overachieving against their FIP, hopefully we are the beneficiaries of some regression. We've been leaving a ton of traffic this last week, need to start taking care of that.

sadly, Obie is in for Feldman--so the rotation looks the same at best when the 5th man is added :(

Agree, it'd be nice if regression and pro?gression worked on both sides the appropriate way starting with this series

I would say Obie is a clear upgrade over Feldman IMO, he just has to stay healthy.

5th starter is still an issue, I'm over Fausto, but there are no real good alternatives. Straily would be the less bad option that I would personally like to see.

Astros are 13-13 since their 18-7 start.

    Batters need more timely hits.
Pitchers need to cease surrendering HRs with runners on.

I guess MLB.tv really hates ashby. They never show an Astros broadcast. Does anybody else find that intriguing?

Starters have an ERA over 4, and that is with K so imagine how bad other 4 are doing.

The top of our order just looked baffled. Hopefully this isn't foreshadowing the rest of the evening.

OB looks solid. Just got to find a way to put together some solid hits....or at least "a hit."

Gattis just swung at a pitch above his head.

Serious question-how much of the actual hitting is on the hitting coach?
