Astros last 65 games 5.09 runs per game (since April 27). The MLB leader for the entire season is 5.12. Orioles might be going down to 5.07 after tonight. Only 3 teams in the major leagues average 5 runs a game. All of our efforts at the trade deadline need to be focused on pitching. Minimum 1 solid starter and at least 1 really good 7th/8th inning guy, preferably 2.
Of course there’s envy. Both franchises with 2 WS titles… yet completely different in every which way. Miami has always been a similar front-running sports town to Houston. Similar climate, no state income tax, plenty of immigrants…. There should be zero reason that baseball doesn’t do well there (as it does in Houston).
Did she go first or Jeter? I don’t think Jeter was really into it anyways…but credit for hiring her. Where is she now?
Jeter left first. Jeter didn't do jack shiet to improve the franchise. he was there so NY can get stanton lol.

Marlins are 32-59. Wonder how many Marlin fans are tuning in? I’m blacked out on mlb.tv because I live in Florida. Marlins on Bally Sports.
Jeter also traded away Realmuto, Yelich and Ozuna. Dude was just fuggin around Sandy Alcantara was the only star (so far) they got back
