Ugh! Hunter was able to lay off 3 of those slides but couldn't restrain himself once it got to a full count.

Biggio always chased that slider low and away. His career was pretty long. Not that Hunter is on that level.

WOW. Way to end the game. Sure would've been nice to get Bourn home from third with 1 out in the inning an inning or so ago.

15th(?) straight game scoring 4 runs or less(dating back to last season)

i think they should have hit-and-run but not steal in that scenario. they are looking for you to steal in that scenario. you're already at a disadvantage. but, i guess i can understand having no faith in our hitters to string together enough hits to drive in the run.

i guess hit-and-run was on but the pitchout occurred. if so, my bad.

Nice to see guys like Wallace and Towles smacking the ball around, but in the end it's another disappointing loss

it's not as fun when you can never really expect to win. right now i'm thankful if we win one out of every five. i can only watch bad baseball for so long on TV before i switch over to box score watching. that's my way of keeping my distance enough to not feel the downs of losing. it makes me feel bad and it's not good for my psyche. i can only be punished by watching of bad baseball being played for so long. hopefully, it won't come to that and we can win some games here. but, is 3-15 out of the question?

Bill Hall not only had a bad game but he ignited the Marlins. Right after he injured Ramirez the Marlins responded.
