Wonder who's to be removed from the roster to make room for Berkman. No announcement, yet. I'm betting it'll be Chris Johnson, but it would sure be nice if they'd DFA Matsui.

...which is to be expected after Hunsicker's last few drafts and all of Purpura's drafts, no? Even Wade's first draft, while miles better, didn't exactly clear the fences.

According to Tags and Footer, Puma activated and Chris Johnson goes on the DL...sounds about right.

    Yup, sadly.

It still puts some numbers on it.

    Not looking good early.

The Marlins always seem to pound us with runs.

21 pitches, 4 hits and 2 ER before Myers got the 1st out.

Hanley Ramirez has 10 BBs on the season.

    The Houston Astros have 12.

Myers on a good night should give you 6 innings and 4 runs on like 20 hits lol, sadly 4 runs with this team's offense is poison.

Did anybody see that sign fail?

Even our fans are having a rough start to the season.

They wonder why they don't sell tickets. Because they attract to people like the "Atascocita Grannies". They cater to old people. Its fun to go to Minute Maid but not nearly as fun as it could be.

That may be true but I was talking about a different sign.

They first showed some fan with a "We love Lance-a-lot" sign (or something like that) but it was upside down.

If Coop was still the manager we would intentionally walk Coghlan to face Ramirez lol.

Despite the rough start, I'm actually a little optimistic about Myers.

If he can stay healthy, mentally and physically, he is definitely an upgrade from the 3 spot in the rotation last season, not that that is saying much...

    WOW JR TOWLES.

LOL If Coop was manager right now, he probably would have hung himself or caused most of the Astro players to drink the Kool-Aid.
