Geez, what happened to Anibal Sanchez? He threw a no-hitter his rookie season and 3 years later he's accomplished nothing of substance since. He's almost Bud Smith-like.

Paulino has an amazing arm and tons of talent... unfortunately I don't have any earthly idea if he has the ability to put it all together. Would be interesting to see what a pitching guru like Dave Duncan could do with him...
paulino is an interesting case study. if you throw hard, you must always pitch well as a result. it's a direct correlation in accordance with the prophecy. paulino, at first glance, would appear to be violating this prophecy thus far.
If quintero was about 100 lbs lighter, he'd of had a double. that being said, our offense has looked completely incompetent tonight. 1-0 or 5-0. wouldn't matter at this point.
Carlos Lee at this point is killing the team. Give him a game or two off. Kaz Matsui just flat out sucks and the team could just as well DFA him. Lee just needs to figure it out.
Well, it is pitching... not throwing. If he ever learns how to pitch and utilize off-speed stuff effectively, he'll be good.
Didn't catch most of the game but DAM Carlos...I had hoped he had gotten out of his slump but after tonight I am starting to worry.
