I like the offense, but how many runs have Eric Bruntlett and Mark Loretta given up playing SS?

I know I've said it before, but we've got to be the worst baserunning team in the league.

lol it was UT night last night, but Friday games are usually like that. View deck is usually hit or miss but field level is great.

Every time Loretta fielded a ball, I would look at my brother and go "Everett would have made that look easier."

It was great to see an offensive explosion tonight, lord knows with Woody on the hill they were going to need like at least 6 runs. Hope there is a turnaround starting here.

Congrats to Ensberg on his bomb, if only pitchers would always throw him hanging curveballs, he'd be a monster again.

Bruntlett's a pretty good SS, won't lose much with him in there. Loretta on the other hand....

Loretta/Biggio = the least range up the middle in the history of baseball, at any level?

I have no idea who pulls this stuff on Milo, but it is freaking hilarious. Every other game or so, somebody sticks in a couple of fake group announcements: so far this year I've heard "Christopher Moltisanti & Friends" , "the Steve Zissou Oceanographic Institute" and "Ron Burgundy & the Action 5 News Team" among others.

    Milo has no clue.

Normally I wouldn't find making fun of the senile so hilarious, but Milo is pretty much a complete jackass....

Nope, this stuff is too good to make up.

Have also been told that "Lamda Lamda Lamda from Addams College", "Jack Bauer & Friends", "George Costanza", "Orlando Calrissian & Friends", "Billy Ray Valentine and Duke & Duke Commodities" and "Eric Cartman and Associates" have all been to Stros games this year.

With the lefty going today, the biggest reason for our offensive explosion (Lamb) might be seeing the bench.

He will be seeing the bench. This is prediction for the lineup today.

    2B-Biggio
    CF-Pence
    1b-Berkman
    LF-Lee
    SS-Loretta
    3B-Ensberg
    RF-Burke
    C-Ausmus
    P-Oswalt

    If Biggio doesn't play

    RF-Burke
    CF-Pence
    1B-Berkman
    LF-Lee
    2B-Loretta
    3B-Ensberg
    SS-Bruntlett
    C-Ausmus
    P-Oswalt

I think Biggio will play but he should get 2 games of in LA series because they are throwing 3 righties and Biggio is horrible on the road versus righties.

I knew college baseball attracted hot babes...but didn't notice MLB. I used to have season tickets years ago and didn't notice then....of course they were sucky seats at the dome. I mean there are hot babes everywhere I turned. Maybe MMP is a more attractive place to be.

I had field tickets in the outfield behind the Astros pen.
The view was outstanding...lots and lots of nice looking things to look at....and the game was pretty good as well.

That's not what Oski is referring to.

Eckstein actually gets himself into position for balls extremely well to make up for his noodle of an arm. He looks like he's straight out of a Tom Emanski instructional video putting his entire body in front of the ball so he can max out on his throws. There are throws he can't make which limit his range, but he gets to the ball extremely well.

Loretta can't get to the ball or throw.

Suprised that Biggio isn't in there against Washburn. I know its the day game after the night game, but it is a home game against a lefty.

I'd rather have Craig play this game and take some road games off.

Pence with a bunt in the 3 spot!

Shades of Pujols early in his career.

Wow... Garner goes against my inkling and starts Lamb.

    He's ultra hot!
