Jake did bail him out on that one line drive. For the most part he pitched himself out of trouble when he got in it.

Right, but there were not too many hard hit outs. He was in the strike zone the entire time. Two nice plays from Marisnick and Correa. Top of the order (first 4) were 1-14.
Wish we could have not used Neshek today. Would have rather seen Harris there. That's 4 outings in 5 days for Neshek so not likely he will be available tomorrow. Assuming Gregerson pitches the 9th, that will be 4 in 5 for him also. Every game is important, I get it....but not sure how these guys gonna do down the stretch if we start to work them that hard

I dont care about Arizona's record, they have a very good team there, and some good arms in the minors, or injured (Archie Bradley). Also, they won 6 games in a row, and we won the series, and we could have swept if Cargo gets a ball he should had catched. Very nice win, not an easy series, and now lets go to Arlington and win the Series.
eh, we didn't get the sweep. not impressed. =) arizona had won what, 5, 6? in a row before this series. Great series win.
