Oh well, at least he pitched deep.

Back to back bad outings by Roy O. Brett Myers should be able to go deep tomorrow too so at least the bullpen should be well rested when they have to go out in the 5th inning for Wandy and Moehler.

I wouldn't call that last outing by Oswalt bad given the circumstances. The HP ump was making some outrageously bad calls.

Tonight, he wasn't good despite pitching deep. He left a number of pitches in bad spots and paid for it. He'll bounce back.

Was thinking I'd better catch a couple of Roy O games while he was still in an Astros uniform.

Guess this was the wrong one.

Well Oswalt was at least very efficient for sucking balls. Didn't even reach 90 pitches for giving up 22 runs on 18 hits. Good work Roy.

Knew that HR was coming after Keppinger was out at 3rd.

Oh no..we're starting to hit and win games...That probably means Roy is staying and Castro is on his way out for someone like Ben Sheets for that down the stretch push!

If roy stays it will be because no one wants to give up anything for him anymore. the Astros always wait to long to trade anyone. Lidge comes to mind.

I was just making a joke about how everytime we get hot for a little stretch during the last couple of seasons, it creates this mirage in the heads' of our front office into thinking that we're a few pieces away from competing for a championship and instead of being sellers we always seem to turn into buyers

We got last year's team MVP for Lidge?

I can only hope we would be so lucky in any deal.

Myers is getting hit hard right now. Lucky to be out of that last inning with only 1 run.

It's so hilarious listening to Bill Brown do his obligatory over the top laugh when someone says something "funny" to him over the air when in reality what was said wasn't even that funny

Bad job by Blum there. Should have been out of the inning.

Boston wanted to give us Clay Buchholz before they traded for Éric Gagné

I have no problem with Bourne though.
