Maybe his shoulder is hurting again and he's not telling anyone...again.

Or maybe he's just sucking right now.

It's NASA day, and I think it's a salute to the shuttle crew that went up last. It's the first time in Astros history that they've worn a logo other than their own on the front of their hats.

    Gotta love Willy's arm, though!

why can't ausmus strike out when there's a guy on 1st and ground out to shortstop when there's a guy on 3rd. as it is, he does the exact opposite and screws us every time.

even if he strikes out at least the lineup moves along instead of the pitcher being up 1st.

Ugh... its clear that Zambrano wanted no part of Huff there. He should have just pitched around him, but he lets one fly high and inside, and nails him with a 93 mph fastball in the back.

Such a wasted opportunity...and Ensberg is going for Preston Wilson's strikeout record.

    Bat Scott at #5.

Ugh. I don't care that it would be back to back lefties... that's based on a hypothetical that maybe the game will be close late and maybe the other team will have a perfect lefty specialist.

This is silly. Morgan does have value to this team with how often he can reach base. But this team has too many situations where the #5 hitter comes up with 2 outs in a run-producing situation, and that's not what he's doing well right now. It'd be one thing if the alternative was putting Preston Wilson or Jason Lane at 5, but instead you have one of the hottest hitters in all of baseball.

This is senseless. Move Scott up.

EDIT: Or, if you're too concerned with R/L splits (one of Garner's biggest flaws), move Ensberg to 2 (that's where Lamb bats when he's in) and Biggio to 5. Do something to put a run-producer in that 5 spot.

I think Huff might regret charging the mound on Zambrano. He's listed at 6'5" & 255 lbs. and he's a scrapper. :D

Certainly the strikout is dissapointing, but Morgan IS hitting .289 since he's come back.

Speaking of stance....Ensbergs stance is just ridicolous. He just doesnt seem calm in pressure situations. Dang....2-0....might be game.

Which would be fine and good if there wasn't an alternative hitting .415 right behind him.

Well, against Zambrano, that's probably the ballgame. Nevin owns Roy again.
