We destroy all momentum (and our mini-run) with an unfathomable loss tonight, yet go on to win the other two, anyway. We make up zero ground against the Reds during the series, and fan sentiment remains the same. Uncle Dreighton apologists claim "we're still in the race!" DaDa responds with a one-sentence "knee-jerky" statement. Someone else calls out DaDa for his complete lack of logic. Another person posts a pic of Junction Jack. A lurker then comes out of hiding to quote the pic and post "LOL!!!!11". And Ric fails to appease the Baseball Gods... again.

Do we know of any potential injury/risk to Berkman? Today's lineup includes Huff, Berkman, and Lamb, but with Huff in RF, Berkman at 1B, and Lamb at 3B. Normally, Huff gets 3B, Berkman gets RF, and Lamb gets 1B.

Why put Lamb at 3B where he has struggled, unless Berkman needs to play 1B?

Yeah they are...most impressive with all those rookies. Didn't mean to imply that I was discounting the Marlins.

Why is Biggio hitting third? If someone needs to be moved up in the order it's Scott.

Biggio needs to sit, and Burke needs to move up to starter status...this is not a time for sentiment.

Burke is FAR greater than Biggio right now..FAR greater.

I would agree with you everyday except today :) Biggio's 2-run shot is what has us in the lead now.

Riveria is a bad actor. He shook his hand at first like he was hit in his hand, but then realized he had to grab his elbow.

Wow - they get 2 hard hits and a bloop double and they get 3 runs.

Dang, this team is so frustrating.

That announced signing won't look very good if we lose tonight.
