as potent as Astros lineups have been, I do not think Correa has ever had this kind of protection in front and behind him. It is not just a great lineup, but it is also pretty balanced with 3 leftys. now if they can just get 1 more starting pitcher!

I remember comparing Yordan's presence at the plate to Pujols early on. Didn't want to go too far; just was saying that he had the same intimidating aura about him. Well, here we are a month later, and dayum. And given Pujols' recent behavior towards us, I'm super stoked to see Yordan snatch this away from him.

He pitched back to back games, had 3 days off, then back to back and this would be day 5 of rest.

I think my favorite part about that picture is that they just did it right after Diaz's home run in the dugout. That's not a promotional shot or one with multiple takes after the game. It's a perfect picture, and it all came together and evaporated in a second before they went back to their buddies.

Our guys are so freakin fun.

Did the Stros post that whole inning interview with Armstrong Jr?

    That was a fun inning.

That's exactly what I just did as well!

Yes. Darker skinned Cubans are descended from Africans (Slave population) and Hispanics, lighter skin are descended from Spanish (from Spain) and/or Hispanic (Native Latin Americans). That is being HIGHLY Generic because people intermingling over centuries means everyone is descended from everyone. Genetics are an interesting thing.

Looking through the Oakland lineup, the only A's hitter hitting better this season than his Astros lineup counterpart is Chapman over Altuve. This may be the first time this season Stassi has the hitting advantage.

Race doesn't actually exist according to anthropologists and physiologists. That is why DNA testing can't identify your "race." Basically, we all have the same ancestors, and we share a common scientific classification, Homo sapiens. The different levels of Melanin or brown pigment in our skins have to do with where our ancestors came from. Those from the Northern Hemisphere are lighter and those from the Southern Hemisphere are darker. It is all about the adjustment to the Sun's rays. Yep, we are all brothers and sisters!
