Remember, no PBP in these threads and keep the chatter on topic (if it is about something other than this series, talk about it in another thread).

4-23 Chris Sampson, RHP (0-2, 8.74) vs. Bronson Arroyo, RHP (0-2, 5.48) 6:10 on FSN

4-24 Jack Cassel, RHP (0-0, -.--) vs. Johnny Cueto, RHP (1-1, 3.42) 11:35 on FSN

I predict Sampson bounces back from a poor outing and I am interested to see how Jack Cassel does against a heavy hitter lineup.

    WW

Berkman gets back to his Cincinnatti ripping self and owns this series.

Stros have hit Arroyo pretty well. Really looking forward to seeing Cueto.

Great American is a total launching pad. If Sampson & Cassel can't keep the sinker down, duck.

Who do the 'stros send down, DFA, or place on the DL to activate Cassel?

Moehler would be my guess, unless there's somebody in the pen with a nagging minor injury (Villareal, whiplash?) that we haven't heard about.

    WL ..

but if Cueto does NOT mow us down, we may just have the hitters who no longer get whipped by the young guns everytime we see them for the first time!

Just his general demeanour. Looks downhearted when he gets hit. Wouldn't you be lacking confidence if your last two outings were so dreadful. Do you know differently?

Unless I hear or read something reliable, I don't know jack about the internal psyche of people I watch on television. None of us do.

Ok fine, I'll refrain from commenting further on the potential confidence/lack of confidence of players. If I'd said "Tejada looks so confident at the plate atm" would you have picked me up like that? Some people on this board are so bloody awkward.
