    Fellow ClutchFans,

I had two dreams last night.
One was that my friend that backstabbed me, was suddenly friends again with me.
The other one? We were down in the first game of this series and won 8-3.

    The Prophet has spoken.

Wandy is money so far. Where are all the people who were using his last outing (his first back from injury) as evidence he still can't perform on the road?

they'll be back once you start winning again, but why are you using his first 4 innings of this game as evidence that he can?

One could deduce that I was asking where the people who used Wandy's last outing as evidence that he is unable to perform on the road are?

One could also deduce that I found it slightly unfair that people were so harsh on him last time out as it was his first start back after injury.

If one wanted to be awkward they could draw their own conclusions and use it to start an arguement as yourself and BrooksBall are masters at doing.

i don't feel like arguing dude.

let's keep this conversation to how good wandy is looking, and how awful brad ausmus is. ;)

Now WTH are you talking about? Ausmus is having a hell of a game and is a brilliant catcher and a deadly hitter.

    :D I'm kidding btw

Good, much needed win. Big props to Kaz Matsui, back to form with a 4 hit game and of course all the pitching staff involved tonight, pitching a shutout

Nice shut out from the good guys! It seems like a nice by-product of Wandy's return is that Sampson has looked pretty good in relief. Anything that can reduce Villareal and Borkowski's appearances is good to me.

funny how you go on a little losing streak and the whole board, save for me and stobbartjohn, is nowhere to be found.

Borkowski was demoted to AAA (thank G-d).

Very nice win to end the streak. It's great to see Wandy have some success on the road. I think he's on the way back to proving he earned the #2 spot. Then again, he might be #1 right now if Roy doesn't turn it around quick.

Love the win, but hitting with runners in scoring postion was still TERRIBLE. We should have scored at least 3, 4 or 5 runs to give our pitchers some more breathing room.

The key with Wandy (and I know this has been much discussed) is his curveball. He has one the best breaking balls in the game and had it going tonight consistenly for strikes. When he can just drop it right off the table like that........whoooaaa. Tough against lefties and righties. Good sign tonight especially since it was away from MMP.

Huter was throwing his body around like a rag doll there at the end.......got to love a guy like that on your team!
