    They need a manager. They need a couple of starting pitchers that aren’t emotionally soft. They need hitters who can nut up when the pressure is on and don’t wilt like sad little b**** flowers. Also it would be nice if we had fielders that can hold onto a ball that is squarely in their glove and not drop it and cost us a game.
