Dumb Brownie... its Wheeler, not Lidge.

This is what I get for watching the Rockets game and flipping back.

It's going to be Wheeler, no?

    It is Wheeler....

    I really don't understand Garner's moves sometimes...

Well, he shouldn't ask Franco to get anybody but lefties out... unless he's really struggling with a tired pen (which he's not).

Also, you can't possibly tell me you find Garner's moves more complicated than Jimy's were. Clemens would have been out of here after the 6th inning, and he would have brought in Lidge in the 8th, and double-switched out Bagwell or something.

    C'mon Burke!

EDIT: Screw it... I'm watching the Rockets (who are also starting to play bad). Wake me up when something happens. We're making the Mets bullpen look like the 2nd coming of the nasty boys... which they're NOT.

When does Beltran come up again? Watch him hit a walk off HR.

We are running out of crappy middle relievers and crappy hitters. This is just about to get interesting.

    leadoff walks always kill you.

At least we know the offense can't be any worse. Bring it NJ, and all the other doomsdayers... we really got flattened at the plate tonight, and you guys deserve to call us out for saying they'd be fine there.

Honestly... if we can't put together rallies against the Mets freaking bullpen, something has to change in this lineup. Its not "clicking".

Having no offense and slow defense is killer.

Not to mention not scoring a single run for 11 innings.

    Touche.

I just said it, and I'll say it again... our offense flat-out-sucked tonight.

Our best chance to score was when Everett was up with Tavares at 3rd and 1 out.... and that was just about it.
