    It is definitely a balk. In fact, I've seen this as a tactic from youth travel teams in SoCal here trying to draw a balk this way by calling super late timeouts with a runner on 3rd. Seen it work a few times.

    Ok. Just woke up. Zero runs against a mediocre starter? Sounds like par for the course.

    Judging by low K total, like McCullers battled through? If so, good for him given previous years’ road woes.
