    Even with Joe Smith and McHugh coming back, they need another reliable arm in the pen. Wont bash Pressly or Osuna because those guys have put in a lot of work.

    The Astros can develop all types of players... but not bullpen arms. This is going to be yet another deadline where we are trying to add to the pen.
