why not go with a guy that's battled in your rotation for those outs instead of chapman. i know it's cardinal sin questioning decisions but come on it's still a one run game.

I don't know why he is still on the roster.

See ya Chapman. We really really need to shore up the rotation. Not sure we can ever expect Keuchel to replicate last season and LMJ gives you serious health concerns. Guys like fister and fiers won't cut it. Sure you hope and pray that one of musgrove, devenski, martes or paulino develop into a true TOR guy but they absolutely need to bring in a legit 1/2 in the offseason.

What the hell. We had a 3-2 lead I go change my kids diaper and we are down 6-3? Jesus Fister. You are what I just wiped off my kids backside.

Yeah I guess so. This team doesn't have a good lefty specialist. Need to go with a better pitcher in that situation.

bullpen mainstays have been working a ton. Early in the 5th, he probably wasn't going to one of them. It would probably be like yesterday when they went to Hoyt...someone questioned it multiple times, but he got the job done. Today Chapman didn't.

Gustave has better stuff and would have been more appropriate to come in in that situation then Chapman.

Chapman has struggled in the majors, and the last 2 years posted an ERA way over 4 in AAA. Why is he here?

Yeah, I'll take a chance with a guy throwing 97 MPH over the scrub Chapman. Not sure why he didn't just go straight to Gustave...he had to have known they were going to PH there.

WTF Colby?? Why is he allowed to do that BS? Wasted out bunting with 2 damn strikes. This team is too dumb at times. Reflects badly on coaching.

yeah i have no idea. Was just saying that it made sense not to go with one of the main guys. But you guys are right--he shouldn't be here at all.

But with two strikes? Don't mind the bunt attempt but with 2 strikes that's not that smart of a play. Seems like a wasted out doing that when not successful.

Yes, with 2 strikes. The shift probably gets more extreme with 2 strikes making it an easy hit if fair.
