    Writing a paper about over the top sports fanatics, have you guys heard any stories or have had any experiences with any?

    i think there are some punk LA Dodger fans who shot a SF Giants fan this past season coming out of the stadium after a game...one might call that obsession.

    There was the hockey dad who beat his son's coach to death because he thought that the pickup game was getting too rough.

    The Great Soccer War of 1969. Honduras vs El Salvador. It didn't last long, but it is very serious when you attack another country because of sports.
