    LBJ has 17 pts right now with 3 mins to go in the first. Looks like he is out to beat Kobe's record..

    My friend (who is a die-hard Kobe fan) gave me 1000-1 odds that Lebron wouldn't beat Kobe's 61 tonight...so I jokingly bet him $5.

    I just gave him a call to see if it's actually a "deal" and he says it is...this might just be a very good night for me.

    1000 to 1 odds means he gets 1000 for every 1 dollar bet. so if lebron beats kobe he'd get $5k

    Like dookiester said...$1000 for every dollar bet.

    If Kobe's 61 holds up, I owe him $5.
    If Lebron beats 61, he owes me $5000.

    And he does have money...but I wouldn't hold him to it unless he was cool with it.

    He might not be on pace for 61...but at the half he's on pace for a 50 point triple-double!

    I doubt I'll win - Lebron needs 22 points this quarter. But at least I can argue that Bron-Bron had a better game with his rebounds and assists (as long as Cleveland wins).

    Lebron tried hard but he still cant make it to 60points it make you really appreciate Kobe's 61 points game.

    But i cant stand your kobe a$$ kissing. Al Harrington is matching Lebron, so what? You try to jab Lebron's defense? Come Kobe had 36 today and Joey freaking Graham had 24points. So? Did that make Kobe sucks on defense?
