I don't think it was racist. I think he was making some assumption that the people who try to type in slang on the internet are gangsters and illiterate. The way they type actually seems more difficult then typing in "regular English" so i don't see the connection. Slang is slang. I don't see how their slang is any worse than saying, "FTW, LOL, dude this song is friggin wicked, way cool". It's still improper English. The whole premise seems silly. It really wasn't funny. He just ended up cursing out people and acting out fantasies of child molestation.
