Anybody notice Rafer's triple double? 7-20 shooting and the Nets are 0-9 with a depleted lineup but still an impressive line.
Doubt it. Don Nelson always shuffles the lineup. The only players guaranteed to get their share of regular minutes are Jackson and Ellis. Also, Anthony Randolph played only 6 minutes tonight!
Nope For some reason Don Nelson decided not to play him and Anthony Randolph much even in a blowout game. For some reason C.J. Watson got the minutes over Curry tonight.
BREAKING NEWS: Hornets All-Star guard Chris Paul was carried off court after apparently injuring ankle. More info to come. Wow is it just me or is that on the top of nba.com? Never seen anything like this before...
^^^ They should have let Byron Scott play out the season. He put a voodoo curse on the team. Don't mess with people in New Orleans.
Before he landed funny, CP3 looked like he was ready to hit somebody on the Hornets. The Honey Bees came out lackluster to start the 3rd quarter and smoke was coming out of his ears. He was pretty ticked off. After he left the game, the Hornets scrubs started playing inspired for a while and made a game of it (sort of).
Scott gets fired than CP goes down, and after that the team playes harder without him. Something doesn't seen right here.
Not really, because our team plays hard rather we have Tracy on the court or not. I think its clear CP doesn't want to be in NO and his teammates knows it. But with Tracy I think he stills wants to be a Rocket and the team will support him if he comes back ready to play hard. It doesn't look like CP has the support of him team.
I think some of you are looking into the situation with Chris Paul and his teammates a little too much. This thread makes it seem like he's the problem in New Orleans.
I just posted what happened in the game and didn't mean to imply CP3 was a problem on their team. But after starting the 3rd quarter half-stepping, the Hornets energy level went up after CP3 left. That happens sometimes.
I wouldn't go that far because he's too great of a player to be a problem. It just seen like him and his teammates aren't on the same page maybe its not that big of a deal but who knows. I think I heard on espn that David West didn't have a problem with Scott being fired it seen like only CP did and maybe that's coming in between them.
