I always hoped there would be a jordan-type statue for Hakeem in front of our new stadium like in chicago, I guess now it's out of the question. ------------------
I don't see why this changes anything. I would like to see a statue of Hakeem in a few years when the stadium opens. Do you really think people will still hold a grudge 3 years from now? Houstonians will more than likely remember the 20 years and 2 championships Olajuwan brought us rather than hold a grudge. Time heals all wounds and the Rockets may be better off in the long run. ------------------
I don't think anyone should hold a grudge against Dream. His going to Toronto doesn't chage anything that he did for the city.
