Nigeria, Pt 2?

    So there has been a ton of talk around getting Hill or Duncan at the end of this season (unlikely) or at the end of next season (still pretty tough). However, few people mention the availability of Mutumbo. I think he would add the presence we need in the middle, without demanding the ball. Only two potential problems:
    1. He is getting old and might not be of use by the time we are making some serious noise in the NBA
    2. We have Cato

    I think if we can trade Cato, we do it and then go after Mutumbo.

    I like Mutombo a lot, but I don't think we can use him. For one, he's 34 this year, so he won't fit the Francis-window very well. Also, I think Atlanta wants to keep him and they'll be giving him more money than anyone else can offer him. As for signing him for less or getting him in a sign and trade, I'm sure at his age, he'd only consent if we were a contender looking for the final piece -- which we're not.
