With all the excitement of Yao and a potential playoff berth this year, next year will be different. When seeing Yao play isn't as big and is surely no longer a curiousity, there will still be differences that I don't think the Rockets nor their fans are ready for. Last night on ESPN, they were saying that you won't be able to get a ticket to a Rockets game for years to come (after the new arena opens). It is obvious that games will be sold out for all of next year, but why can't there be sellouts this year? Now most members of this BBS are real Rockets fans (excluding ALL Yao bandwaggoners). To think that a ticket will be unatainable is very difficult to fathom. I don't want to run into the possibility that I try to get tickets for a game and am unsuccessful, but some guy buys his kids courtside seats (or anywhere really) to sit and play around not paying attention to the center of focus. Well, anyway, I know I got off topic, but I would like to know what some concerns are (as well as things to definitely look up to) for the Rockets and for fans in the near future. ps Sorry if it is in the wrong forum; wasn't quite sure.
